Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/d)  Munich or home based

Do you consider yourself a scientist at heart, but also love the challenges of sales? Do you enjoy learning about new technologies and figuring out how they can help to accelerate a scientist’s research? If you answered yes to these questions, you would really enjoy working on the Sales Team at NanoTemper Technologies.

As a member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities in your own territory, contributing to our global success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory that will help you meet or exceed your annual goals
  • Expansion of business by acquiring new customers and adding accounts in the region
  • Presentation of our products at customer sites, at promotional venues, scientific meetings and conferences
  • Nurture relationships with new and current customers  by frequent contact
  • Intense networking within the field
  • Gain knowledge about our products and technologies to guarantee an excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate creativity in stimulating and closing business whether working remotely or in person

Your background

  • M.S, or Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology
  • You recently graduated from university or already have your first working experience, ideally in Technical Sales
  • Ability to explain complex science in a simple way
  • Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
  • •Excellent networking skills with customers and colleagues
  • Robust scientific background with ability to identify and tailor solutions to address customer needs
  • Well organized, able to manage multiple projects at a time in assigned territory
  • Team player with excellent networking ability
  • Fluent in English; fluent in German is a plus
