We’re looking for a creative problem-solver and tech-lover who’s excited to take on an Application Scientist role in the Munich Headquarters. If you’ve answered ‘yes’ to all these questions, you’d really enjoy working on the Customer Success Team at NanoTemper Technologies. As part of the team, you will play an important role in educating scientists.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops and user trainings for customers on-site and online
- Install instruments at customer site and conduct initial product trainings and support customers during their onboarding journey
- Manage post-sales customer support activities to support long term business opportunities
- Develop customer facing collaterals (training, protocols, FAQs, etc.)
- Maintain close relationships with sales managers and field application specialists to support and align on business targets
- Foster regular communication and build productive working relationships with global colleagues (such as Product Management, Marketing, R&D)
- Record all customer interactions in CRM database
- Support process improvement initiatives within the commercial team
- Gather and deliver customer feedback, communicating use cases beyond initial product scope to Product Management team
Your background:
- PhD in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology or related field
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, can juggle multiple projects with ease in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability and proven track record of problem-solving skills
- Has an effective written and verbal communication style
- Can expect to occasionally lift objects up to 60lbs/30 kg
- Willingness to accommodate significant travel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
